I would love to be able to give a simple answer here to the question of “how much will this legal process cost me?” However, every legal concern is unique, and even small details can greatly affect the complexity and cost of your case.

For example, the probate process can vary significantly depending on whether a single sentence is present in a Will — turning what could be a simple matter into a months-long case.

Many attorneys charge for an initial consultation because they are offering their expertise and time. But I know from experience that sometimes people don’t even know if they need a lawyer yet, and trying to just get an estimate can be frustrating.

That’s why all initial consultations are 100% free. I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction — even if that isn’t toward me — and it won’t cost you a thing.
